Our Registered Manager is a highly motivated and professional registered nurse. Her background in management for 6 years and working in the Health and Social Care sector as a qualified nurse for 15 years provides a valuable foundation in her role as the founder and Registered nurse of Stellar Health Care Services.
Thandiwe is a highly motivated, hard-working registered nurse and has taken many roles from being a Clinical sister in the Haematology and Infectious disease ward to supervising junior staff and students.
She understands complex care needs and has a broad knowledge in supporting individuals living with dementia, Mental health conditions, Physical disabilities, Epilepsy, autism, Parkinson, people needing palliative care, we have expertise in all areas including Catheter care, Peg Feeding, Stoma Care.
She prioritises time management, delivery of quality care, good communication skills, and effective problem-solving skills. This makes her reputable in being able to manage difficult and complex situations.
Thandiwe’s passion for people makes her a positive influence on staff and she leads them to give the best possible care and support. Her mission is to provide quality care and make sure that Stellar Healthcare Services is outstanding in everything they do.
Our Story
The foundation of Stellar Health Care came in place when I was working in different hospitals. I saw the elderly coming in with their Carers and was inspired by how they took care of them. With my background in Health and Social care, I decided to open my own Homecare company and bring a positive change to the community.

Training is a core part of the carer induction process. We give all new carers an induction training course and every carer comes back for a yearly update. Training in specialist areas is also ongoing throughout their time with us.
We also have a specialist carer support team who are there to offer help, advice and a listening ear to all of our carers should they require it.
